She has recorded seven albums, including her latest release, Relentless in 2008. Grant has been a featured performer and speaker on the Revolve Tour and at Women of Faith events for several years.

When Natalie learned that over 10 million children world-wide have been sold into sexual slavery she threw herself into a deeper research on the issue. What she found disturbed her so greatly, that Natalie knew she must do something to fight for these helpless victims and founded the HOME Foundation.
