A Fun Curiosity Starter for Young Explorers

50 Big Questions to Discover the World is a playful way to get kids thinking about, well, everything—from how many people live on Earth to how old you’d be in Vietnam. The question-and-answer format, with clever little hints along the way, makes it a great screen-free option for curious kids and travel days.

The book is colorful and lighthearted, but the illustrations felt a bit too simple for my taste. That said, the addition of kids in the later pages helped make things more relatable. I loved how the book saves the answers for the back—it’s like a mini treasure hunt!

Although it’s aimed at ages 4–10, it’s better suited for the older half of that group; the littles won’t be able to answer the questions. Still, it’s a solid pick for homeschool shelves or curious early learners. A fun, educational book to spark questions—and maybe a few laughs—along the way.
