After more than twenty years in the corporate world, I traded power suits for pajama pants, high heels for slippers, and an office window overlooking traffic jams for one overlooking hummingbirds sipping nectar. I’ve never looked back.
What began as a leap of faith turned into an unexpected and wonderful second act filled with books, readers, speaking engagements, and more adventures than I could have imagined.

A Little More About Me
I wear a lot of hats these days—author, editor, ghostwriter, speaker, and professional book reviewer—but at my core, I’m simply a curious person who loves people and the stories they carry.
At home, life revolves around faith, family, and finding joy in the little things. I’ve been married to my handsome husband—a tall drink of water—for more than forty years. Standing somewhere south of five feet myself, I’ve always believed good things come in small packages! I’m mom to two amazing adult children, Meems to seven delightful grandchildren, and Mommy to Fitzy, our beloved Schnoodle rescue dog.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book, experimenting in the kitchen of our Minnesota log home, planning our next travel adventure, or trying to stay warm through another long winter.
